One team. Three revenue engines. A price that pays for itself.

If your business has real lead volume and real sales economics, Lead Care Team is designed to pay for itself. One recovered deal per month often covers the investment.

Who this is built for

We're selective. This works best when your business looks like this.

Great fit

Your business does $3M–$20M in revenue: You have enough lead volume and enough deal value for this system to make economic sense.

You sell high-ticket home improvement projects: Design-build, remodeling, landscaping, outdoor living, roofing, windows and doors, flooring, and related categories are where this works best.

You're already paying for leads that aren't fully converting: You have marketing working, but too much value is still leaking out of discovery, reactivation, or customer care.

You want capacity without hiring and managing another employee: You want a proven system running alongside your team, not another person you have to supervise every day.

Not a fit

You're still too early: If you're pre-revenue or below $1M, the economics usually don't work yet. Come back when you're ready to scale.

You're under 20 leads a month: There usually isn't enough volume yet for the system to produce meaningful ROI.

You're shopping on price alone: We compete on outcomes, not on being the cheapest option. If price is the main decision factor, we're probably not the right fit.

You want a hire you manage directly: If you want to supervise one person day to day, this isn't that. We're the system, not the headcount.

We put our money where our process is

If we don't deliver the level of follow-through and execution we agree on in your first 30 days, we'll make it right. We'd rather earn the next month than hide behind fine print.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month after onboarding. We earn your business every month or you leave. That said, the system usually needs 60-90 days to fully settle in, so giving it a full quarter tends to produce meaningfully better results.

What's the setup fee for?

Onboarding: qualification frameworks, team training, call handling standards, and the launch work required to get Convert, Reactivate, and Multiply running cleanly.

Can I start with just one pillar?

Yes. Convert is the most common starting point. Reactivate works well as a standalone campaign. We recommend the full system for maximum ROI, but we'll build the engagement around what your business needs most right now.

How does pricing scale with volume?

Base pricing covers a defined lead volume tier. If your business runs higher volume, pricing scales accordingly. We walk through that transparently on the qualification call before you commit to anything.

What's included in the monthly report?

Discovery conversations worked, qualification outcomes, reactivation activity, reviews and referrals generated, and the opportunity or revenue impact we can tie back to the work.

Do we need special software to work with you?

No. What matters most is having a workable way to track leads, past opportunities, and completed customers. We can work inside your current setup as long as the information is accessible.

Qualify New Inquiries

"Leads come in, but half aren't serious and the good ones go cold before I call back."

Your team is running jobs. Nobody has time to babysit every new inquiry. By the time someone follows up, the homeowner has already booked someone else.

Protect Your Calendar
Recover Stalled Estimates

"I gave out dozens of estimates last year that just went nowhere."

Those homeowners were interested enough to ask for a number. Life got in the way. With the right follow-up at the right time, a portion of them are ready to move now.

Recover Dormant Estimates
Multiply Referrals

"Homeowners love the finished project. I'm just not getting reviews or referrals from it."

The work speaks for itself. The ask doesn't happen consistently. Without a system, satisfied homeowners don't automatically send their neighbors your way.
