Will you work with the software we already use?
That's where we start. We'll review the systems you use, what information they hold, and which connections they support. Then we'll agree on a build that fits those systems and the questions you need answered. We can't promise every tool can be connected.
Will we have to replace our CRM or accounting software?
Generally, no. We build around the tools you already use: ad platforms, CRM, proposal software, accounting and job costing. Which ones we connect is agreed in your build, based on supported access and the data available.
Can Funnel Fabric recognize when a past prospect becomes active again?
That is a capability we can evaluate and scope where permitted website activity can be connected reliably to an existing lead. It requires supported instrumentation, identity matching, appropriate permissions, alert rules, and ownership of follow-up. A return visit is a signal to investigate, not proof that a homeowner is ready to buy. Live alerts are not included in every plan.
Can you identify anonymous visitors or match every contact across tools?
No. Identity matching has limits. Some visits remain anonymous, browser and platform restrictions reduce what is visible, and a person may use different devices or contact details. We only join records when supported by permitted data and a defensible matching method. We will not present guesses as confirmed identities.
Is the complete Funnel Fabric learning and surge system operational today?
No. The complete learning and surge system is still in development. Some data-connection and analysis capabilities have historical implementations, but their current operating status must be verified. Before any engagement, we'll explain what is available now, what your systems support, and what requires a separately approved implementation.
Who gets alerts and who contacts the homeowner?
Any configured opportunity review belongs with the owner or sales team you designate. We provide intelligence and, on the appropriate plan, analysis and advice. We do not take over sales calls, lead nurturing, or your marketing agency's campaign execution.
How do you connect marketing, sales, and financial information?
We look for the links between a lead, the customer, the opportunity, the signed contract, payments, and job costs. We agree on what each number means, then use the records your systems can provide to follow that work through the business. When a link is missing or uncertain, we show the gap instead of treating a guess as a fact.
How do you know the information is accurate?
We check it against your books. The connected numbers are reconciled with your own records before you rely on them. Not every business's records support a complete picture; where yours have gaps, we show them plainly, and profit that's only projected is never presented as earned.
We also agree on the definitions behind each key measure, check the connections between records, and flag figures that the available data cannot support confidently.
What happens if an integration breaks?
We troubleshoot it. We monitor connection health and investigate breaks in the integrations agreed in your build as part of every plan. When a connection fails, we work to restore it within the supported configuration. A third-party outage or change to the underlying software may be outside our control; larger changes, such as moving to a new CRM, are scoped separately.
What happens if our business changes or we add new software?
We'll assess the new requirement and how it affects your existing intelligence. Routine upkeep of the agreed setup is part of your plan. A new integration, major migration, or custom development beyond that setup gets a separate scope and quote before work starts.
